Ingredients

1 fillet halibut (~180g), cut into bite-sized pieces

½ cup potato starch

1 egg, beaten

½ tsp salt

2 tbsp oil (for frying)

Dipping Sauce

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

How to Make It

2. Make the Batter

• Dip each floured fish piece into the egg mixture, coating evenly.

3. Fry Until Crispy

• Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan over medium heat.
